Shipping Information for Retail and Wholesale Purchases

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days upon receipt. USPS may take up to 2-8 business days. If your order is time-sensitive, please consider upgrading to USPS Priority Mail (1 to 3 days) or USPS Priority Mail Express (overnight). We are unable to ship to international addresses at this time.


Retail Return and Refund Policy 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return the book within 14 days of receiving the product. Please contact us for “return” information and shipping details. Be sure to include the original order number and the first and last name of the person who placed the order. Please note that you are responsible for all fees associated with the return. Once your return is received, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for payment of the original order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds will take a minimum of two weeks to process.

Sale, discounted, or items otherwise marked “no returns” are not eligible for returns or refund. Returns apply only to those items purchased on We are unable to provide returns or customer service support for books purchased at another bookseller, online, or retail store.

Wholesale/Bulk Return and Refund Policy 

The customer group "Wholesale Distributors" includes anyone in the business of buying our products for resale to retail distributors, this includes: book distributors, book wholesalers and publishers. In general sales to wholesale distributors are final, except in the case of damaged or defective products.



If you receive damaged or defective books from us, you are covered by our 100% quality guarantee:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to notify us of damaged or defective items.

  • Please send a written description of the error along with accompanying photos illustrating the issue.

  • Your item must be accompanied by a corresponding purchase invoice or other proof of purchase, such as the order record from our online store.



The first step is to contact us about the error. Once we receive your report, we will investigate the issue. We will notify you of the status of your return request upon completion of our investigation, usually within 2-3 business days.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account with us by way of a credit note deductible against your payment for the order in question (if you have not yet made payment). If you have already made payment for your order, we will issue you a refund either to your original payment method or by a credit note deductible against payment for a future order.


Damage in Shipping 

We do not directly refund products damaged in shipping (after they have left our facility). In most cases however such damage is covered by insurance.

If we arranged the shipping of your order it is insured. If your order is damaged in shipping, we will make the claim with our insurance company. We may require some supporting documentation from you, this often includes photos taken of the order when it arrived at your facility in a damaged state.

If you arranged the shipping of your order it is up to you to determine with your shipper if your shipment was insured, and if so, to make the claim with your insurance company. We will provide supporting documentation, including photos of your order leaving our facility undamaged.

Lost or Missing Packages 

Please carefully check that your shipping address is accurate—including apartment/suite number and/or zip code—prior to placing your order to ensure your shipment is not returned, and to avoid paying additional shipping charges. 

When your order is fulfilled, you will receive a USPS tracking number to the email address you provided at check-out. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder.  Once marked delivered by USPS, Junior Park Ranger Adventure Books is not responsible for packages lost or stolen at the shipping address you provided. Please be sure you are shipping to a secure location. 

For packages lost in transit, or if you experience delays or other difficulties receiving your item, please contact us, and we’d be happy to assist you.

If you would you like to return your ebook, please review and follow Amazon's return policy. For hardcover books, I will update this section when hardcover books are ready for prime time.
